The scope of the company's business is purchase of goods for the purpose of its sale to the final consumer (retail) or other trade operators (wholesale).

Data relating to customers, employees, job applicants, suppliers and service providers – to the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose under point 6. (4).

Public authorities, health insurance companies and others, where applicable legal regulations exist, external contractors in accordance with Section 11 of the BDSG, external service providers, affiliates and internal departments to fulfil the purpose in point 6. (4).

(7) Date of regular data deletion:

Data are deleted after the expiration of statutory deadlines. Data not covered by these provisions shall be deleted if the purpose referred to in point 6. (4) ceases to exist.
